How big are the apartments?
The size of the apartments varies depending on the floor plan. Creekview has five available floor plans:
- Telluride — 1 bed, 1 bath, 725 sq. ft.
- Vail — 1 bed, 1 bath, 790 sq. ft.
- Breckenridge — 2 bed, 2 bath, 985 sq. ft.
- Estes Park — 2 bed, 2 bath, 1076 sq. ft.
- Steamboat Springs — 3 bed, 2 bath, 1403 sq. ft.
Is Creekview Apartments pet-friendly?
Yes, Creekview Apartments is a pet-friendly community. We require a $300 refundable pet deposit, as well as an additional rent charge of $35 pet rent. Please note certain breed and/or weight restrictions may apply.

Residents can renew their lease at Creekview Apartments by contacting the leasing office and signing a new lease agreement.

Creekview Apartments is located near several schools and universities, including the University of Northern Colorado, Aims Community College, and Weld RE-4 School District.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
To submit a maintenance request, contact the onsite manager or call our office. Onsite maintenance service technicians live in the same apartment complex, so there’s no need to wait for one to drive to you!
What utilities are included in the monthly price?
Water, sewer, and trash are included in your monthly rent. Snow removal services, when applicable, will be provided by Creekview Apartments.
How much is the security deposit?
Our security deposits are a flat rate of $600 per application. We have a nonrefundable $35 application fee per adult and $150 admin fee per unit due at application
